This is an excellent Collin-Mezin violin, based on the Guarneri model. It is rich in tone and character! The clear, pure tone is desired by the classical player, and its rich, dark overtones will thrill the fiddle player as well. This violin easily upholds the wonderful reputation of the Collin-Mezin workshop.
Very good condition. There is only one minor saddle crack repair, and a few marks on the varnish from regular use.
Set up with Zyex D’Addario strings.
