Excellent John Juzek Master Art Copy of Guarnerius!
This is a truly remarkable violin. It is a very rare experience to find a violin with such an excellent tone evaluation: this violin hardly looks like it has been used. The Master art copy of the Guarnnerius was Juzek’s top model. The detail seen in the scroll graft and the ebony crown on the button display the care that was taken in its construction. The greatest portrayal of the luthier’s talent, however, is displayed in its voice when being played.
The violin is in wonderful condition. There is a short saddle crack repair on the bass side, and the nut on the end of the fingerboard is a replacement. No other repairs have been made.
