Fine Markneukirchen Violin.
Interesting to see that Orrin Weemann, worked for A. W. White and that Henry B. White was trained by Orrin Weemann. The fiddler that owns the Henry White violin I had, said this violin was very much like his White in tone and playing characteristics. This is a top end fiddle for “Old Time” fiddle music. Don’t pass this by if you are looking for a great fiddle!
This violin is in very good condition. It has been excellently re-graduated and repaired by Weemann. I can see a repaired saddle crack and at least one repaired edge crack.
Set up with D’Addario Zyex strings.
