This is a beautiful E. R. Schmidt violin with it’s rich brown oil varnish. The Amati is one of the higher quality violins that the E. R. Schmidt workshop put out. If you are on a budget this is a good value violin. Take a good look at the quality of this violin.
The condition is good but it has had a few repairs. The most obvious repaired crack, is on the treble side lower bout. It also has two repaired corners.
Set up with D’Addario Zyex strings.
It won’t last long at this low price!
