Early 1900’s Salvadore de Durro Violin - Amati Copy.
The Salvadore de Durro violins are affordable workshop made instruments. I have had several over the years, they consistently are a good value. I pick these up when ever I can to offer respectable sounding violins at a lower price. This one has a strong dark tone!
The condition is very good! There is a minor edge repair and a couple very short repaired saddle cracks. The varnish has a light polish coat on it.
