The condition is very good. The varnish on the top shows lots of signs of regular use. There are no repaired cracks. The center seam under the tailpiece looks like it was re-glued at sometime.

This violin has a powerful dark tone. It is a workshop instrument with four corner blocks. Nice clean one piece back. It is set up with a tailpiece with built in fine turners. Ideal for fiddle music or an advancing student.
