Superb 1961 Ernst Heinrich Roth - 1714 Model
Roth violins have a great reputation, and for a good reason, they are excellent in tone and construction. The Roths from the 1920’s bring the highest prices. I have found the Roths from the 50’s and early 60’s are superior on tone and quality. This 1714 model is an excellent example of that quality. This is a lot of violin for the money.
The condition is excellent. There is a only a small chipped edge at the top of the scroll.
