1949 Workshop Violin Labeled Amedee Dieudonne.
This is not a hand-made violin by Amedee Dieudonne. It is a workshop violin. However, it doesn’t have the typical arching that you would find in a factory violin. Instead, it is somewhat like what Dieudonne used. I have no record of the fact, but I wonder if maybe he had some violins made in his name, to his specs, to provide more affordable violins to some of his clients.
This violin is in very good condition. There are three short repaired cracks off the base side f-hole.
